Bruges: Day Two

Our second day started off rather rainy and dreary. I wrapped my coiffed hair up in a huge scarf and we headed out. Soon afterward, however, the clouds parted, the blue of the sky came bursting through, and all was right with the world. The way the sun hit the buildings in this city...it was breathtaking.

We caught the train back to Brussels and then on to London...twas a good weekend.

Chocolate Shoppes and Places to Eat

Bruges has some of the most charming chocolate shoppes I've ever seen. That's kind of an obvious, though, non? Aside from that, they had some of the sweetest looking restaurants I've seen in Europe. Curb appeal makes all the difference ;)
