Well, I've just finished a great chili dinner, and am drunkenly attempting to post some pictures on to the blog. I have the ole To-She-Ba down on the dining room table, have cleaned the kitchen, and am ready to get some work done. Alas, the computer and the camera don't seem to see eye to eye any longer. Much like life, right?
Nothing quite like a good night, good company, good food, some wine, and a warm home to rest in at the end of a long day.
My year 7 kids sang Happy Birthday to me today. It was so sweet it was nearly offensive. And while I would have stopped an older, malicious group from completing the melody, when I looked up from sheer embarrassment, they were all just beaming with joy. Pretty sweet, non?
Some days are better than others.
