Superarms!

I actually did that arm work out yesterday that I posted the other day. I sort of feel like Superwoman. I'm thrilled to say that moving my arms today is not an option. You might want to try it. We might have a collection of toned arms right soon.

In case you are wondering, Day Two of my two days off is just about as magical as it can be. The sky just transformed from a gray, dark, foreboding place, to one that is blue, bright, and deliciously breezy. I'm going to have to go for another run today (yesterday was 7 kms in preparation for the 10 km in less than two weeks. I'm so stoked!)

I watched Betty White on SNL on the recommendation from just about every single person who saw it. I cried (yes, I cried) when Jay-Z dedicated Forever Young to her. Good lord, he's one classy guy. Yeah, I know he used to be a drug dealer, but times change. I'm loving me some Jay-Z.
