A Few Answers...
Joelle, of course you would like lentils. That dish is even more economical than the famous Tuna Pasta I made like it was my job in Korea, so it's good for everyone. Leanne, I use dried ones. I've never actually seen canned lentils here. They cook quite quickly and the Mother Hen says to use French or green lentils: they stay together better than my red ones. I happen to like mushy food, so I stick to the red ones.
I also can't wait to see you all at the Jays' game on August 13th! We're going to have so much fun :)
