Baby trashes bar in Las Palmas

There have been an onslaught of baby videos as of late. I can't get enough of this one. Today I watched it about twenty times and laughed more and more like my mother watching Seinfeld circa 1996 every time. It was priceless.

Though it's uncouth, I thought you might like it too. Keep in mind the baby is playing a middle-aged woman. Get ready for hilarity.

I tutored my second student tonight and it went really well. Apparently I remember what a chord is and that a line will have a negative inverse slope to another line that is perpendicular to it. Who'da thunk that all those years knowing that Smart Kids Ask For Help would pay off in such a rewarding way?

Oh, I did!

I just watched Winter Bone. It was crass, but it was beautiful. The scenery in the film was indicative of hipsters' Flickr pics: somber, dirty, dull, but with hints of the most stunning scenes with backdrops of rocks, bare trees, and bales of hay, punctuated with the most vibrant gray-blues and plaid red. The animal imagery and subtle violence was just spectacular. Though not for the faint at heart, I can see now why this slow-mover was an Oscar contender.

I'm off to bed. Fridays are always a little longer on less than 7 hours of sleep.
