Snapped this in Holland Park
My friend Sue had a rough day. After this rough day I knew she had plans to have her granddaughter at her house to spend the night. I had the thought that she might like a hand. After all, bebe is a bit of a cry bebe and really likes to be held. After a really long day, some like to be around infants, while others like a big glass of red wine and a quiet night with their sweetheart.
Side note:
I love that I'm friends
with a woman with a grandchild,
my boss,
and a woman with a 1-year old.
I have very interesting bonds with women over here.
For those I am very grateful.

Alright, back to it.
Sue is one of those people who radiates positivity. She observes carefully, loves openly, and just lets people do their own thing. She let me hold this child, wailing and squirming at only two months old, all night. When the Chinese food came, she offered to hold her, but I was in no position to give her up. Why would I? I have TWO enfants for which to prepare come summer: I needed the practice.
What a joy to hold a baby all night. She was warm, smelled like a little angel, and helped restore me to a calm, very calm place.
Twas a good night.
Also, practise is the verb, practice is the noun. FYI.
Also, FYI...
This according to the V & A Museum. Good to know, non?
Have a great night, lovelies.
Enjoy your snow day and March Break, Londoners!
