SELF: Day Fourteen

Wow! Hard to believe that two weeks have passed since the onset of this new regime. Though my diet hasn't changed much (mmm...last night I indulged in pasta. It was meaty and gooood), I certainly am feeling the love in my life more so now than ever before. As I type, I feel the love even in my pectoral muscles...yipee!

Matt and I started the gym-at-6am Regime today. We were supposed to start yesterday, but it was a national holiday so we were both feeling a bit lazy (hence the pasta). I managed to squeeze in an 8 km run though and felt amazing while doing it (pretty sure the two-day hiatus did me well). I hurt the outside of my right hamstring though, so I think I'll head over to the Chinese doctor for some lovin' acupuncture after school. Anyhoo, we worked on chest and triceps today after a spinning warm up and abs to cool us down. It's only 10 am and I feel like I could eat a horse, but aside from that (and the shaky arms), I feel awesome. I could go for one of these right about now...

The first day of school is today, though because the kids are getting new textbooks (which apparently takes all day), there are no classes. Sit I will. Perhaps I'll nap later :) I brought my camera, so I'll have to poke around and get some pics of the new building. I wonder how My Man is doing in his new life? It felt so strange to see his empty desk today.

To keep you chuckling, I snapped a pic of something hilarious in Korea (what else is new?). Shockingly though, it's not Korean. Regardless, did you know...?
